David Reed, co-owner and finish carpenter, focuses mainly on custom cabinetry and finishes.
David attended Westmont College and received a degree in religious studies with a minor in music. After college, he worked in Santa Barbara and Hawaii for high end contractors.
David truly enjoys interacting with both employees and clients, and gets great satisfaction from the completion of a beautiful project.
David grew up in the Sacramento area and resides in Shingle Springs with his wife and four children.
Danny DePiazza, co-owner and production manager, takes the plans and starts to realize them. Danny acts as the liaison between client, subcontractor, and DePiazza and Reed, making sure schedules align.
Danny received his degree in managerial economics from UC Davis. Because he has worked in the field and the office, he is able to contribute an ability to understand the entire building process. Danny enjoys the coordination of many personalities and seeing the design details come together.
Danny grew up in the Sacramento area and now lives here with his two children.
Samantha Parker, our office manager, keeps the office running smoothly.
Samantha has over 20 years of experience in the administration field, including running her own Virtual Support business. Samantha enjoys taking care of details and keeping everyone organized!
Samantha grew up in England and now resides in Mather with her husband and three children.
Brady Quinlan, lead carpenter, works directly with the client during the building process. Brady coordinates the schedule of the employees and subcontractors, ensuring that each project runs smoothly.
Brady grew up in Denver and got taste for home projects and repairs during the summers when he would help his father with his contracting jobs. Brady enjoys working with his hands, and the artistic side of construction. He is an exceptionally talented glass blower and likes to implement his artistic vision into projects wherever he can. Brady studied engineering at Seattle Pacific University.
Brady currently resides in Citrus Heights, and enjoys spending time with his nieces and nephews here in Sacramento.
Levi Bagdanov, lead carpenter, attended Westmont college, where he received a degree in English Literature. After college Levi worked for a high end contractor in Santa Barbara doing custom finish carpentry as well as spending two years building homes with habitat for humanity as an AmeriCorps member. Levi enjoys being able to transform clients visions into tangible realities.
Levi grew up in Southern California and now lives in Sacramento.
Max Maly, lead carpenter, has been in the construction industry for 15 years. He has worked in many different capacities and fields within the building industry; residential, commercial, as well as historical and cultural building preservation and restoration for The Department of The Interior. Max’s compilation of skills and experience make no challenge too large. Max enjoys helping people’s visions for their home come to existence. The excitement of people getting their finished home is what fuels his passion for the industry.
Max is originally from Murphys, CA and has lived in Sacramento for the last 4 years.
